Lars is the founder of SuccessMentors and its first flagship mentor. His background spans computer science, marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship, an MBA, financial economics, and molecular medicine — with study and work across NTNU, NHH, UiO, and UC Berkeley. He has founded and built products (including CalOne), led student organizations, competed in startup competitions, sold, coached, and mentored. That breadth is the point: most real decisions cross domains, and your mentor should too.

Not generic advice
The internet is full of general tips. This session is about your situation: you describe your goal when booking, and the conversation is built around getting you to a clearer, practical next step. If your topic is outside what Lars can genuinely help with, you'll be told before the session and refunded in full.
How booking works
- 1. Sign in and answer 5 short questions about your goal.
- 2. Pay securely by card (Stripe) — or PayPal as a manual option.
- 3. Lars reviews your request and emails you available times, usually within 1–2 days.
- 4. You meet on video, leave with concrete next steps.
Fair refunds: cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. If no proposed time works for you, or your topic isn't a fit, you're refunded in full — no questions asked.
