Who we are
SuccessMentors ("we") operates successmentors.com, a service that connects people looking for guidance with experienced mentors. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@successmentors.com.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from our authentication provider (Auth0). When you complete onboarding, we store the information you choose to provide: your role (mentee/mentor), goals, topics of interest, areas of expertise, experience level, location, meeting preferences, availability, and budget or pricing preferences. If you use Clarity Path, we also store the reflection answers and working direction you choose to enter.
How we use it
Your data is used for one purpose: matching mentees with relevant mentors and operating your account. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing to third parties. Mentor profile information (name, location, expertise, intro) is visible to signed-in users so that matching works; mentee details are visible only to you and to SuccessMentors administrators who facilitate matches.
My Compass reflections
Your My Compass answers are private to you and are not available to SuccessMentors administrators, other mentees, or mentors by default. You may choose to share a limited summary containing your focus area, working direction, question, experiment, and review date for mentoring preparation. You can revoke that sharing at any time. These reflections are guidance tools, not clinical assessments.
Where it lives
Profile data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Stockholm region). Authentication is handled by Auth0 on an EU tenant. We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in between visits — no third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile data at any time from your dashboard. To export or permanently delete your data, email info@successmentors.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will note the new date above and, for material changes, inform you by email.
